Barry Magliarditi and The Game Changers team will enable you to unlock your truest potential. We believe in facilitating sustainable positive change to set your life and business on purpose.
We do not write your success for you. We teach you about the interplay of the inner game (Yourself) and the outer game (Your business) and more importantly, we teach you how to master your inner game. Mastering your inner game defines the results that you achieve in your outer game, creates the experiences you want to have, and facilitates sustainable success and happiness — all created by you, for you, and those around you.

Barry Magliarditi, CEO

Barry Magliarditi is the founder and director of The Game Changers. He has been recognised for his thought leadership by the 30 under 30, 2015 Telstra Business awards and was chosen as Australian Coach of the Year for the 2016 Invia Innovation and Excellence in Business Coaching in Australia.

A master of his craft and described as ”The Magician,” Barry is always entertaining, heart based and life changing while upholding a deep respect for every individual and their story.

In 2003, as a true craftsman, Barry started his first business aged 18, in his garage serving as a Kitchen and Renovation Company. The business scaled quickly and soon Barry was working from his own factory with 15 staff with a multi-million dollar turnover.

Barry was experiencing what he knew at the time to be “success.” He diligently managed his cash flow, maximising profits, minimising expenses and maintaining clear KPI’s for his business and his team.

However, like many successful business owners, Barry was also investing a lot of emotion and time into the business and quickly become exhausted. When his relationship with his partner and children began to suffer he switched gears and saw the business begin dissolve.

Barry always knew in his heart that there had to be a way to create true balance in life. To create what he wanted and was in his dreams; a profitable scalable business that provided sustainable growth for the lifestyle of the family he loved. This kickstarted Barry’s journey of self education and personal development.

Barry learned quickly that the key was in the “inner game”. By working on his “inner game,” Barry was able to create real, tangible and sustainable results in his “outer game”.

This was the catalyst that sparked the creation of The Game Changers Business. Since starting, Barry has assisted business owners to create the same tangible results in their businesses ( averaging 3-4X growth in revenue and profits) while watching their personal lives expand grow too.

Management & The Coaches

Heather Disher – The Integrator

Heather is our Operations Manager who oversees the operations on the back end, working closely with the CEO to make sure the business is running to its fullest potential to better serve our clients. She ensures the smooth implementation of projects and provides assistance to the team when it comes to task and plan execution.

Michael McNish – also known as Mr. Mc-Niche or The Sherp

Michael is a marketing mindset expert who is on a mission to help you not only achieve your goals, but to SMASH through them. Michael is a charismatic and energetic coach, bringing enthusiasm and fire to all that he does. He loves to work with those who want to make a big difference in the world. He is also facilitates The Opulence Program’s group coaching, popularly known as the “Sherp Sessions”.

Keith Millar – The Scaling Up Coach

Keith coaches professional service partners, business owners and senior management teams from a broad and diverse range of for-profit organizations. He became a Four Decisions ® Certified Coach and is just as excited by this as when starting his own career, with the opportunity to help businesses and their leadership team apply the Four Decisions ® methodology. He understands the why and how to change organizational attitudes and culture; just as important as changing processes and strategy.

Miranda Hill - The Coach

Miranda is a specialist strategy and performance coach. She’s an accredited behavioural profiler with a mix of strategic thinking and deep mindset coaching. Miranda thrives on helping our clients to achieve greater success than they ever thought was possible.

Ryan Nicholas - The Change Maker

Ryan opens the door to our program for our clients. He has a talent for connecting them with their goals and what they want to achieve most. Ryan is passionate about guiding people as they make future-changing decisions for themselves and their business.

Maybelline or “Vanilla” as we call her, is mainly responsible for our VA outsourcing, making the VAs match the clients’ needs to help them build a business that works without them.

Salve Ocubillo – Client Care Captain

Salve is The Game Changers’ Client Care Captain. Her main role is to ensure the best client experience for our Game-Changing members, providing timely customer support and everything they need throughout their journey in Opulence.

Tricia Banes – Empowerment Guru

Tricia is the Executive Assistant to our CEO, Barry Magliarditi. She ensures communication rhythm among the Tribe by supporting the CEO with his engagements, priorities, and company organisation.

May Ann Dulay – Growth Activator

May Ann is our Senior Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Assistant. She specialises in sales booking, lead conversion and helps in growing our Game-Changing Tribe.

Angel Abellana – Content Whiz

Angel ensures our social channels are updated regularly to provide value and inspiration to our followers. She also manages our podcast called The Comeback Game which aims to help millions of business owners around the world to become Inspired and Unstoppable.

Kimberlee Calvelo – Office Jedi

Kim gets to work closely with everyone on the team, working behind the scenes to create a meaningful client journey and assist the tribe with anything tech-related. He works on the back end maintaining our systems, solving problems as they occur and providing support to our Tribe when the need arises.
