No Limits Basketball is a state of the art academy offering small group training with focused skill development as well as high intensity holiday camps across Melbourne. They now pivoted to also providing online training programs as a response to the COVID-19 physical distancing.
Despite wanting to leave within his first 30 days, Pete was convinced of the value of The Game Changers in his business. 9 months in, his biggest wins include transitioning from being a sole trader to a company, planning to open up a second facility to accommodate the influx of clients, hiring an admin assistant, and pivoting with ease into an online program when COVID-19 happened.
Going forwards, he is less stressed knowing that he has a support system that has his back in both the hard decisions needed for his business and also the nitty-gritty of the everyday operations.
