Why did you join The Game Changers?
When I joined a few years ago, I was going through a really tough time in business. I'd just lost a major client that attributed to nearly 50% of my revenue. I had to restructure my entire business to survive.

I've got much better structures and processes in place. Most importantly, I've got a clear line of sight to where the business is headed over the next year.

What hesitations did you have before joining?
Look, I'd experienced a fair bit of business coaching before. But I always felt that they didn't really have an understanding about my business. There was a lot of talk, but nothing that was really going to create results and growth.
Boardroom has been completely different - very soon after I joined, I noticed that positive changes were already happening. So I'm happy.
