The Surprisingly Simple Ingredient For Ultimate Success

For years after I started working in the coaching space and became 'successful', I still had
this massive bias around asking for help. Even when I was attending expensive Masterminds, I held back from fully participating because I couldn't let other business owners, coaches and mentors know what was really going on behind the scenes.

Basically, I thought I was supposed to have all my sh*t sorted out.

That held me back for a long time, because I was afraid of admitting the stuff that wasn't working in my business (and my life). The messy stuff. The crazy stuff. The scary stuff. The mistakes and heartaches.

It stopped me from getting the answers I needed to build my business, because I only shared stuff that I thought I *should*... which was not what was really going on.

But here's the thing...

When an athlete is standing on the podium at the Olympics, it's their moment to shine.

They've put in the hard work, the blood sweat and tears, and it has finally paid off.

But they didn't do it alone. Every champion athlete has a team around them.

They have a trainer. A nutritionist. A physiotherapist. Coaches, mentors… it takes a group effort to help one athlete ascend to the top of their game.

Your business success is the same.

You can try to do everything on your own. You'll probably have at least some success doing so.

If you're playing the Game of business alone… chances are you're slogging your guts out and relying on sheer determination to keep the wheels turning.

That can only go on for so long.

Which is why top business owners have a team around them.

I'm not just talking about your employees. I'm talking about mentors, experts, teachers, coaches. People who can guide you, support you, teach you, and help you build a successful and sustainable business… far faster than you ever could alone.

Hell, even Tony Robbins - the 'coach of coaches' - has his own coaches and mentors.

Are you running your business like you're preparing for the greatest Game of your life?

Are you leveraging the knowledge and experience of a Team of experts?

Or are you showing up like 'I have to prove I can do all this stuff on my own'?

Which way do you think will get you to the podium faster?
